Your saved Pins are officially judging your wardrobe

Pinterest is rolling out new AI-powered upgrades to make its boards feel more personal and useful.

The platform is introducing “Styled for You” collages, which let users mix and match clothes and accessories from their saved Pins to create new outfits, and “Boards Made for You,” curated boards that blend AI recommendations with editorial picks.

Both features aim to turn Pinterest from a simple moodboard app into an AI-driven shopping assistant, offering outfit inspiration, trending looks, and shoppable content.

They’ll launch first in the U.S. and Canada before expanding globally.

The company is also testing new board tabs, “Make It Yours,” “More Ideas,” and “All Saves”, to make browsing easier.

What’s new:

  • “Styled for You” helps users create AI-curated outfits from their saved Pins.

  • “Boards Made for You” suggests personalised boards using AI and editorial input.

  • New board tabs make it easier to discover products and find saved Pins.

These will help users find items inspired by their saved Pins or discover related ideas across categories like home decor, recipes, and art.

Interestingly, while Pinterest leans into AI-powered personalisation, it’s also keeping a firm grip on AI-generated content.

Earlier this year, it introduced labels for AI-modified images and controls to reduce how much AI content appears in users’ feeds.
