Spotify Wrapped made data tracking fun. Now Claude is making it purposeful.

Introducing the “reflect” feature, Anthropic’s new Wrapped-style dashboard that gives subscribers a year-in-review look at how they use the Claude. It’s designed to help create a more intentional relationship between bot and human, while also offering a practical breakdown of your personal AI workflow.

The reflection dashboard features:

  • Summaries of different topics and tasks related to Claude usage.

  • An overview of peak hours and time spent on the platform.

  • Prompts to create a tailored experience, like: What’s one thing you want to keep doing yourself, even if Claude could do it faster?

In terms of boundaries, Anthropic is excluding any incognito conversations, health data, and sensitive topics from these reflections.

Metrics or mirror?

This feature goes a step beyond productivity. Anthropic has long been positioning its brand as an ethical “AI collaborator.” This dashboard allows subscribers to actively consider how Claude integrates into their daily routines, turning usage data into self-awareness.

At it’s best, this looks like more efficient processes and a healthier relationship to AI. Because self-reflection works better with receipts.
