AI EDUCATION

Oxford just handed every student an AI assistant

Oxford University is the first in the UK to give all students and staff access to ChatGPT Edu, OpenAI’s education-focused version of the chatbot.

The rollout comes after a year-long trial with 750 users and is part of a five-year partnership between Oxford and OpenAI.

ChatGPT Edu has extra privacy and security, keeping data within the university.
