MICROSOFT
Microsoft’s AI-powered Designer app is officially out of preview and available on iOS and Android.
With this app, you can create custom images, stickers, greeting cards, invitations and more using various templates.
The AI features allow you to edit and restyle images or create collages effortlessly.
Initially available on the web through Microsoft Edge, Designer has launched as a free app for Windows, iOS and Android users.
The mobile version offers on-the-go image creation and editing.
You can use text prompts to generate images and a wide range of templates for different designs like social media posts, icons and wallpapers.
The app even includes an avatar creator.
Here’s what you should know about Microsoft Designer:
It’s available on iOS, Android and Windows.
The AI tools are for editing, removing background, and adding borders.
It’s integrated with Word, PowerPoint and the Windows 11 Photos app.
Creativity just got smarter
Designer’s AI tools let you restyle images, add decorative borders, edit backgrounds, and remove people or objects from photos.
You can also add text and branding to your creations.
Designer is not just a standalone app; it’s integrated with Microsoft’s Copilot in Word and PowerPoint, allowing Copilot Pro subscribers to create images directly within these applications.
Windows Insiders can now find their designs within the Photos app on Windows 11, with features like object erasing, background removal, auto-cropping, and filters.
The app offers 15 free daily boosts for creating or editing AI-powered images.
For more, you can upgrade to a Copilot Pro subscription, which provides 100 boosts per day.
