Grok Imagine just crossed a very specific line
Elon Musk’s xAI has rolled out Grok Imagine, a new image and video generator, to SuperGrok and Premium+ users on the X iOS app.
It turns text or image prompts into 15-second videos with audio, and includes a “spicy mode” for generating NSFW content.
Users can create sexually suggestive outputs, including partial nudity, though many prompts are blurred or blocked by moderation.
Some semi-nude content still gets through.
This follows xAI’s earlier release of a hyper-sexualised anime chatbot.
The feature came to light after an xAI employee mentioned it in a now-deleted post. xAI hasn’t responded to press queries yet.
There are also safeguards around public figures.

Attempts to create images of celebrities in extreme scenarios are often blocked or altered.
The tool is still in early stages, with mixed visual results; some human images appear cartoonish or waxy.
Still, it’s fast, intuitive, and keeps generating new images as users scroll, which can then be animated into stylised videos.
Musk says the model will keep improving over time.
