Google just soft-launched your next obsession

Google’s NotebookLM mobile app has officially landed on Android and iOS.

It’s been one of the most requested features, and now it’s here, letting you upload documents and get AI summaries straight from your phone.

One of the more useful additions is Audio Overviews, which are automated voice summaries you can listen to in the background or even offline.

ICYDK, the app also lets you:

• Upload PDFs, Google Docs, and even YouTube links for summarising

• Share stuff from other apps straight into NotebookLM

• Ask follow-up questions with interactive AI hosts

• Download summaries to listen offline, no Wi-Fi needed

Ideal if you want to catch up on a report while scrolling or heading to work.

The timing’s no accident either.

The launch comes just before Google’s I/O event, which will likely be packed with AI announcements.
