Dropping a device that rewrites the rulebook
OpenAI’s first hardware device is finally taking shape.
Sam Altman and Jony Ive confirmed at Emerson Collective’s 2025 Demo Day that they’re now building prototypes, and Ive said it could arrive in less than two years.
Not much has been shared publicly, but reports suggest it may be screen-free and about the size of a smartphone.
