NVIDIA
Nvidia has big plans in the healthcare sector, which could raise its stock price further.
The company, already leading in AI, is now focusing on improving drug discovery and medical diagnostics.
Since 2018, Nvidia has been modernising health care with its Clara platform, speeding up processes and reducing costs.
In 2023, they introduced BioNeMo, a tool that uses AI to make drug research even quicker and more efficient.
Here’s what you should know:
Nvidia’s AI helps develop new drugs faster and cheaper, lowering the usual high failure rates.
Their technology speeds up and improves the accuracy of analysing medical images, aiding quicker disease detection.
Despite progress, Nvidia faces challenges like tighter regulations, competition from other tech giants, and the limits of AI.
Cutting edge, literally
Nvidia is also using AI to interpret medical images better.
They’re working with companies like Johnson & Johnson and GE HealthCare to make surgeries and diagnostics faster and more accurate with AI.
However, Nvidia encounters a lot of challenges.
They face tighter regulations and the limitations of AI, such as potential errors.
The competition is also tough, with big names like Apple and Google and newer companies like Tempus AI pushing into health care.
Nvidia’s work could make AI more accessible in health care, helping doctors and researchers achieve breakthroughs that improve patient care and advance medicine.
This shift could significantly change how health care is delivered, with Nvidia leading the charge.
Nvidia’s AI is set to do everything in health care—except the paperwork.
Is Nvidia's push into health care the breakthrough we've been waiting for, or just a high-tech placebo? |

Google has launched the latest version of its AI text-to-image generator, Imagen 3, for users in the US.
This tool, available on Google’s AI Test Kitchen, is designed to create images with better detail, richer lighting, and fewer flaws compared to earlier versions.
Imagen 3 was first introduced at Google I/O in May, but it’s only now become widely accessible through the Vertex AI platform.
Early users on Reddit have started testing it, and Google released a research paper on the tool this week.
Here’s the gist:
Imagen 3 produces higher-quality images with better detail and lighting.
Some restrictions exist, but users have found ways to get around them.
Google’s AI tools have had some issues, including with accuracy.
Playing too safe?
Like other AI image generators, Imagen 3 lets you create detailed images from text prompts and allows you to edit parts of the image by highlighting and describing changes.
However, it has some limitations: it won’t generate images of public figures or weapons, and while it avoids creating named copyrighted characters, users can sometimes get around this with descriptive prompts.
Despite these restrictions, some users have managed to create images resembling well-known characters and logos, testing the limits of what Imagen 3 can do.
Google’s approach is more cautious compared to Elon Musk’s Grok AI, which has fewer restrictions and has been used to create more controversial content.
Google’s AI tools haven’t been without issues.
Earlier this year, Google disabled image generation on its Gemini AI chatbot after users reported it was making historically inaccurate images.
It’s like handing you the keys to a sports car but reminding you not to go over 30 mph.

Don’t Miss - Valve is working on bringing SteamOS to other handhelds like the Asus ROG Ally, potentially challenging Windows' dominance in the handheld gaming market. As handheld gaming devices gain popularity, Microsoft could face competition if it doesn’t improve Windows for these devices.

“X's whole business plan is irresponsible since Musk's takeover, with no distinction between free speech and hate speech and promotion of divisive entities.” - pommy
“Free thought and the ability to think is essential - the world is going crazy with censorship for nefarious gains - be careful for what and who you are blindly enabling in the name of ‘misinformation’ and ‘incitement’ - my guess is very few will be very happy. Seriously start thinking for yourself.” - kellie
