AI wearables haven’t exactly won everyone over, but Meta is giving the idea another go.
At its annual Connect event, Mark Zuckerberg revealed Muse Charm, a small AI device designed to give people quick access to Meta’s new personal AI agent, Muse.
The pocket-sized gadget can also attach to a keychain and comes with a tiny screen showing Muse’s digital avatar, known internally as Jolly.
Users can tap the fingerprint sensor and start speaking to the AI without unlocking their phone or opening an app.

Meta says the device includes Muse’s real-time voice and avatar features, allowing people to ask questions or potentially get the AI to handle tasks for them.
Zuckerberg said it could also be used to show Muse what is happening around the user.
The device is not ready to ship yet.
Meta is still finalising the hardware layout, with Zuckerberg saying the company plans to release it in December, in time for the holidays.
Muse Charm has a slightly Tamagotchi-like feel, combining a digital character with a small physical gadget.
It also gives Meta another way to bring its AI assistant beyond phones, apps and smart glasses.
