A private school charging £32,000 per year has appointed a new headteacher… that’s an AI chatbot!

Okay, while the chatbot isn’t the sole headmaster, it has been designed as the number 2 for the real one and will help him fulfil his duties.

The prep school has worked with an AI developer to create the robot to support the headmaster in his duties.

It is hoped that the chatbot will give advice on issues ranging from supporting fellow staff members to helping pupils with ADHD and writing school policies.

The bot has been trained on huge amounts of headmaster knowledge - such as educational management, teaching and more.

Pupils at the school have also been given their own individual AI robots to help them understand their individual learning styles.

This sounds like a pretty cool school to me… if you’ve got the cash of course.
