I don’t care about the spicy just about all beta testers fixated on, I feel strongly this was a mistake to focus on this.
Grok is a very serious AI platform and this is lost with “funny”.

Grok vs GPT-4 overview
Grok and GPT-4 are both chatbots, but here are the key differences:
Grok is a specialist. It rocks in niche industries, like finance or healthcare. It doesn’t have access to other tools like GPT-4.
GPT-4 is a generalist. It can chat about anything, from sports to politics, and use a range of tools for a more comprehensive answer.
Grok’s flaw is its narrow scope. It might struggle in broader or diverse scenarios.
GPT-4’s weakness is its lack of specificity—it sometimes fails in specialized queries.
Grok is brand new, meaning it probably can’t compete with ChatGPT… yet.
GPT-4 is becoming more nuanced. It wants to bridge the gap between a generalist and a specialist and become an all-in-one powerhouse.

Yesterday we asked you to vote on an image and guess whether it was a real photo or an AI-generated image.
This was a good one right!? We had loads of opinions on this one, so I’m just going to share a couple.

“It's Extremely good. And I had a hard time deciding. but the placement of multiple strange boxes that look like air conditioning units and unusual locations or strangely close to each other. Indicate this is an AI fake.” - Mad Mark

😆 PEOPLE USING UNAPPROVED AI AT WORK
Surpirse surprise - people are using AI at work! Salesforce's latest deep dive into generative AI use is turning heads. Their research, 'The Promises and Pitfalls of AI at Work', researched how AI tools are being deployed by workers.
AI tools gone wild…
Over half of the employees using generative AI at work do so on the sly, without their manager’s approval. This wasn’t a small survey either - it was over 14,000 workers from 14 countries.
What else was revealed? A whopping 28% are already using generative AI at work, and get this - 32% are itching to join the party.
But there’s more… 64% are passing off AI work as their own. No surprises there…
Can we blame the workers though? About 70% have had zero training in ethical AI use.
But, is having AI knowledge good for job prospects? 41% surveyed are highlighting their AI skills to improve their prospects.
If for some reason you thought AI in the workplace was a gimmick, we’ve got some news for you…
OUR VIEW:
Companies are lagging behind (no surprise) - AI should be in every work place, and workers should be empowered to use it, and trained how to get the most out of it.
