✅ GPT store is out! - How to access!

+ AI says fingerprints are NOT unique...👇🏼

Sponsored by

Join us! It’s Friday!

The GPT Store is here, and it turns out fingerprints are NOT unique.

Crime writers everywhere have their heads in their hands!

Here is what you need to know about AI today.

Read time: 5 minutes

The GPT store is finally here, after multiple delays. Two months after the announcement, the store is up and running - although monetisation is currently still not present.

How to access it!

First of all, like all GPTs, you need a ChatGPT plus subscription to access it.

Assuming you have one, the GPT page should now be updated to a full-blown store page.

Note - this seems to be a rollout, so if your GPT page looks the same as before, the update hasn’t reached you yet.

You can now search for GPTs and see what’s trending, as well as sort by categories.

The featured section is curated by the OpenAI team, and will presumably rotate. The Trending section is a simple ranking, like you’d see in an app store.

AI brews beer and your big ideas

What’s your biggest business challenge? Don’t worry about wording it perfectly or describing it just right. Brain dump your description into AE Studio’s new tool and AI will help you solve that work puzzle.

Describe your challenge in three quick questions. Then AI churns out solutions customized to you.

AE Studio exists to solve business problems. They build great products and create custom software, AI and BCI solutions. And they once brewed beer by training AI to instruct a brewmeister and then to market the result. The beer sold out – true story.

Beyond beer, AE Studio’s data scientists, designers and developers have done even more impressive things working 1:1 with founders and executives. They’re a great match for leaders wanting to incorporate AI and just generally deliver outstanding products built with the latest tools and tech.

If you’re done guessing how to solve work problems or have a crazy idea in your back pocket to test out, ask AI Ideas by AE Studio for free solutions, right now.

Every Friday we give you a simple, actionable prompt tip to try over the weekend to get better at using AI.

Want a certain style in your AI art? Ask for the style you want in this format in your prompt:

“Futuristic 50s style”.

This works in Midjourney and DALL-E.

Fingerprints are the most unique part of every human. Everyone is different! Or not.

A new AI model has baffled scientists by being able to “group” fingerprints to the same hand - which was previously considered impossible.

A model examined 60,000 fingerprints and the results stunned the scientists.

Scientists are baffled

For context, every single fingerprint on your hand is completely unique - or at least, that’s what was believed.

A new AI model has been able to identify which fingerprints belonged to the same hand with 75-90% accuracy.

"We don't know for sure how the AI does it," admitted Prof Hod Lipson, who supervised the study.

They believe the AI tool was analysing the fingerprints in a different way to traditional methods - focusing on the orientation of the ridges in the centre of a finger rather than how the individual ridges end.

In other words, we were wrong about fingerprints.

Our View:

Can’t wait for the first murder mystery that ends with this as the plot twist!
